Two70 Motorcycles have been an Electric Motorcycle Dealer for almost 5 years. We have specialised in Electric Motorbikes since day one so we know the bikes and the electric technology that drives them better than anyone.
The motorcycle industry in the UK has been built on internal combustion engine powered motorcycles, and very few motorcycle dealers have been able to adapt how they work to introduce electric motorcycles to their offering. The difficulty being that the drivetrains are SO different, and the way electric motorcycles are ridden and lived with is very different too. To sell and take care of electric motorcycles and thier owners means the dealer needs to completly re-learn what a motorcycle is and how it's best used.
We have approached the sale and after-sales care of electric motorbikes in an electric specific way. We've been an electric motorcycle dealer from the first day we opened our doors back in 2020. This means we entered the market with a specific understanding of the bikes, the electric drivetrains, and the best way to live with these awesome machines.
There are so many reasons why we love Electric Motorbikes, and the opportunity to be a part of a new and exiting change in the motorcycle market was too tempting to miss.
Electric motorcycles are supirior to internal combustion in several ways, first and most notably being the power and torque! For example, an A1 CBT legal motorcycle from Zero Motorcycles or Stark Future will have a peak power 5x that of a petrol 125cc motorbike. They also have as much torque as the most powerful petrol motorbikes, making them something that you can ride happily all the way from a CBT to a full A licance and want for nothing more!
We should also touch on the riding experiance, and yes, this will be a bit devicive as there is still a lot to be said for the adrenaline rush you get from the noise of petrol motorbike, but in every other way an electric motorbike is better! No exhaust drone, no vibes through the bars, consitent and predictable handling, lower centre of gravity, and more.
The final point is ownership, living with an electric motorcycle is easy and stress free. There are no oils or coolant to change in most models, only one moving part that never needs servicing, and just a much more simple way to power you motorcycle.
If you are looking to move to an electric motorbike, or just want to learn more about them to see if it could work for you, then Two70 Motorcycles is the place to go. As a Main Dealer for Zero Motorcycles and Stark Future, we have been given all the relevant training to work on the bikes, and we understand the market and where they are best used. In most cases we have ridden and lived with these bikes ourselves, so you know that what we tell you the bikes are capable of, we talking from actual real-world experiance.
Zero Motorcycles have been a core part of our Electric Motorbike Dealership since early 2022. We've seen and worked on every platform they have sold in the UK, and we love the way they ride and the quality of the bikes. Stark Future only released thier first electric motorcycle in 2024 and it took the MX world by storm. They now have plans for a whole line-up of road going electric motorbikes and an electric motorcycle specilist like Two70 Motorcycles is a given for them to have as a dealer.
There are few places in the UK where you can get electric specific knowledge, and Two70 Motorcycles deliver throughout England, Wales and Scotland, so don't compramise on who you purchase your bike from, deal with the best electric motorcycle dealership in the UK and buy your first, or next electric motorbike from Two70 Motorcycles!
