We're Hiring!
Videographer position available
Location: Swindon, UK.
Type: Part time, Full time or Freelance opportunities
Salary: TBC
Approx Start Date: February / March 2025
About us and why we need you:
At Two70 Motorcycles we want to do things a little differently from the traditional Motorcycle Dealership. We are a multi-franchise dealer for Zero Motorcycles, Stark Future, Mutt Motorcycles and Lexmoto, but we are also moving towards developing our own aftermarket parts, building one-off custom projects, as well as small run special edition bikes. We want to share more of what we do and build a strong social media following across mainly Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube. This is where you come in!
Digital marketing and content creation is something we see huge value in, and we want to elevate what we do by creating more interesting and engaging video content. This strategy involves filming more of what we do with long form videos for YouTube, and short form for YouTube, Instagram, and Tik Tok. So, with this in mind, we are seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Videographer and Video Editor. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video production and has a flair for videography and video editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Videography & Editing: Alongside the Two70 team, you will plan, shoot, and edit videos that highlight what we do, and capture our projects, events, and other business activities. You will utilise multiple camera types (DSLR, GoPro, Insta360, DJI drone) to capture the content in the best way possible. You will then edit the video to cover different formats with the agreed brand look and feel.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, with a strong emphasis on video content rather than still images. This will not only include more formal long form videos, but also short form “informal” videos for daily business updates. Filming will not only take place at our facility, but also on the road and at events etc.
- Social Media Planning: There will be input required on the planning of content and when it is shared. We will have a content calendar that you will follow and maintain to ensure we complete our social media objectives in line with the plan.
- Analytics & Reporting: Tracking performance metrics and analysing social media engagement will be required to adjust strategies and improve content planning and creation going forward. You will create a monthly report based on metrics agreed together as a team. This will help steer future content.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications required, but anything in Videography, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Production, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of videography with a keen interest in the field.
- Able to demonstrate a portfolio of work (either personal or professional examples).
- Proficiency in video editing software (we currently use Filmora).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in line with agreed business goals.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- Opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment.
- Professional development and growth opportunities.
- Flexible work hours and potential remote work options.
- Be a part of a growing business at the early stages with opportunity to grow with us.
We are also open to a freelance approach where we have a guaranteed number of hours in the business each week and you invoice us for the hours covered. This requires you to have your own registered business with companies house.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates should submit their CV and a short cover letter detailing why they’d like to be a part of our team. We’d like to see details of your relevant experience, and ideally a portfolio showcasing your videography and content creation work.
Please email this to info@two70motorcycles.co.uk. Larger portfolio files can be sent via We Transfer to the same email address.
Thanks for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you!
